  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

  • All products are made in small batches and are subject to availability.

  • While we strive to display accurate product images and descriptions, actual product appearance may vary due to the handmade nature of our offerings.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in INR.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment via Razorpay or other approved payment methods.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

  • Retro Creamery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within Goa and select regions in India.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, third-party courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of ice cream, we do not accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

  • Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of our Website or products.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Return & Refund

  • No Returns Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal ice creams, we do not accept returns.

  • Refund Eligibility: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.

  • Replacement or Refund: After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Shipping Information

  • ​​Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across Goa and selected locations in India. For specific delivery zones, please contact us.

  • Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. same-day delivery may be possible within Goa on request and as per confirmation.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free delivery on orders above ₹2000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies.
